We, Rubilah Ltd. T/A All Square - Race and Road respects the privacy of our users and customers. We receive, collect and store personal information from our website in our email account to where the contact form is linked, in our online shop database hosted by wix.com and one other contact collection form. Any information obtained through our social media channels remains solely on these channels and is not used for marketing other than these channels and none of this information is distributed to third parties. We may use software tools to collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages and page interaction information. We also collect personally indentifiable information (including name, email, address), payment details (including bank account details and method of payment) and comments, reviews, recommendations and personal profile. This information is used for processing orders and information such as a customer's address, phone number and email address may be passed to our suppliers if goods are to be shipped directly from our supplier to the customer or for our company use only unless passed on to a debt-collection third party that customer fails to complete payment or to complete an order placed with us. Your bank details will be used in conjunction with our bank to process refunds if necessary and this will be done by using secure online banking in the form of their website or app.

When you conduct an off-website transaction with us during booking or purchase of products, as part of the process we collect personal information such as name, email, address, telephone number, vehicle details and method of payment. This information is only distributed to third parties on event of a non-payment by a customer or in order for us to ship a product to you, whether from us or a third party supplier. Your personal information will only be used in the specific ways regarding your booking, purchase, refund and our business.

On very rare occasions your data may be passed to companies directly linked with our business and a service or product that you require who operate in the EU. These companies will also have GDPR policies in place and the storage of your data once they receive it is their responsibility. We will operate within the GDPR laws and legislation to safely provide them with your information. Your information such as name, postal address, email and contact phone number will only be shared with them if relevant to complete a transaction or service requested by you. No payment or bank account information will be shared with any other EU based company.

We may use images of your vehicle on our website, advertising material or social media. We will verbally ask permission for the use of images taken by us or you or your vehicle. If the work we are carrying out is at the request of a third party, permission given by them will be taken as satisfactory. If at any time you do not wish for images of your vehicle to be used then please contact us in writing via email or website contact form and we will remove these images. Any images of your vehicle will have the number plates blanked out, as little background of other property of yours in the background as possible and no geo-location tags will be present.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
